NECD (Newlands East Early Child Development) Crèche Forum held its first Sports Day last year on the 19 August 2016. Being a 1st in the area, it took a great deal of dedication, and hard work from all the Principals, Teachers and child minders of the Creche’s and play school’s in the Newlands East area.
The Sports Day was well attended, many parents, grand parents & friends supported the event as well as the community at large on John Dory Grounds. Lots of fun & laughter was had and many sponsors for the kids pitched in to assist as well as a visit from the Rising Sun Newspaper. Well planned & executed by the (NECD) Forum. Crèche Sports Day has now become an annual event.
The Crèche Forum will now be hosting their annual Sports Day on the 18 August 2017.
